The Rooms

In the heart of Antwerp, within walking distance of the Meir and the Groenplaats, these rooms are known for their central location in the city.

An old historical building was completely overhauled in order to meet today's standards. On the ground floor you will find the famous coffee house Cuperus. The second and third floors each consist of 3 studio apartments.

The limited number of student rooms in the building creates a cozy and quiet atmosphere, often resulting in the formation of a tight group of fellow students.

The student rooms are located on the Sint Katelijnevest, a side street of the Meir near the "Boerentoren".

Each room or studio is neatly finished, covers an area of 18 m² and features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a toilet and a shower.

On the 3rd floor there is a cosy terrace with a view of the stained glass windows of the "Oude Beurs" building. The terrace is very popular with students during the spring and summer periods.

Comfort and safety are essential to the KATS project. The building in which the rooms are located was assigned the green label of quality and safety by the city of Antwerp.

In the hallway on the ground floor and in the basement a bicycle can be stored behind a locked door.
