"A bit outside the bustle yet still close to the centre" would be a good way to describe these rooms.

The old buildings of the Antwerp Water Works were expertly converted into one of the top student accommodation complexes in Antwerp.

The student rooms are located on the Mertens en Torfsstraat, near the city park and the old Palace of Justice.

The building contains 102 rooms spread across 4 floors.

We are proud to offer you the 8 most spacious rooms of the complex, located on the 1st floor.

Each room covers an area of no less than 34 m² and has its own toilet and shower.

Each room has a ceiling height of 4 metres, which creates the appearance of a loft. A double bed with slatted base is provided as part of a bed-desk hybrid with a small mezzanine. Due to the height of the windows it is not always easy to find proper coverings. For this reason, the curtains of each room are furnished by us.

Each floor contains a big, well-equipped kitchen, with the one on the 1st floor even sporting a small terrace.

One of the assets of the project is the presence of a concierge, who ensures the proper functioning of the complex and is always prepared to assist the students in word and deed.

Comfort and safety are essential to the WAW project. The building is secured with camera surveillance and was assigned the green label of quality and safety by the city of Antwerp.

In the basement there is a spacious bicycle storage area, where students may safely lock away their bikes.

See you soon!
